Every role is scored on 5 criteria (2 points each, 10 total): location/remote fit, compensation match, seniority alignment, company stage, and timezone overlap. You only see roles that score 7/10 or higher. Each lead shows the full score breakdown so you know exactly why it matched - and what to watch out for.
What roles and seniority levels does this work for?

What does "fake remote detection" mean?
Many job postings say "Remote" in the title but actually require you to live in a specific country (e.g., "Remote US" = must have US work authorization). We check the actual application form for residency and work authorization requirements, and flag these before you waste time applying.
Why should I upload my resume?
Your LinkedIn profile gives us your current title and location, but your resume gives us the full picture - years of experience, specific skills, industries, achievements. This means more accurate matching (we can score against your actual background, not just job title keywords) and unlocks application prep if you add that on. Your resume is never shared with anyone.
Can I change my filters after signing up?
Yes. You can update your target roles, seniority, minimum salary, location preferences, and work arrangement at any time. Changes take effect on your next scan.
What if I don't get any matches?
If your filters are very narrow (e.g., C-suite only, $500K+, remote in a niche industry), you may have days with zero matches - that's the point, we don't pad the email with low-quality leads. On days with no matches, you'll still get a scan summary showing how many roles were evaluated. If you consistently get zero matches, we'll suggest adjusting your filters.
